Oscar (ChangHung) Wang has worked as a software engineer for 15 years. He is currently the Senior Systems Integration Specialist at Chunghwa Telecom. He manages a team of 10 engineers in the development of integrated IoT environments to improve evidence-based and data-driven governance. He has secured competitive national government funding to support these initiatives.
