Nick is a Conversational AI industry veteran who has spent over the last decade providing human-to-machine and machine-to-machine interactions.  He is currently the VP of Verint’s Digital First Engagement Business, overseeing sales, professional services, and customer success for Conversational AI, Voice, Messaging, Communities, Knowledge Management, and Engagement Orchestration.
