With over 40 years of experience in SL, ML, and AI, and academic superiority and entrepreneurial rigor, I founded CRM Portals LLC and the Institute of Analytics USA (TM). I've excelled as a Co-PI/PI for investigative teams for NIH/NSF/SBIR projects. I supervised 100+ graduate projects in AI/ML in healthcare and other industries, and I regularly publish articles focused on gradient boosting, regularization, and NLP.  I also developed multiple SaaS products. I collaborate with Fortune 500 companies and train future data scientists and AI/ML experts. I prioritize real-world solutions with large databases as opportunities where data are messy and unreliable. Ethical AI use is crucial as AI contributes more and more to democratizing the benefits of AI.  I focus on the importance of Ethical AI for healthcare, financial services, and homeland security.
