Lauren is a Houston, TX native currently working for Netflix as a Technical Recruiting Researcher and LatinX ERG Lead supporting Product Engineering and Netflix Games Studios. Lauren is passionate about creating a more inclusive and equitable STEM industry by developing programs and strategies to bridge the gap between internal industry partners and underrepresented communities. 

She utilizes her Recruiting and Career Coach skill set to empower, connect and equip the underrepresented community of all tenures on their journey into Tech as a Latinas in Tech Chapter Co-Chair, and Founder of Si STEM Puede.
