Kelly Watt is a seasoned Sr. Digital Twin Consultant and co-founder of Digital Twin Consulting, known for the "Digital Twin Assessment Process DPTAP", and Visual Plan reality capture and technology services. With a focus on 3D visualization and digital transformation, he bridges the gap between leadership vision and technology companies. Kelly and his team drive strategic planning master planning, technical project roadmaps, execution, and program management for successful digital twin adoption.

Currently managing complex digital twin projects at DFW Airport and AIFA Airport, Kelly's expertise spans diverse markets, including oil and gas, energy, manufacturing, government, transportation, and aviation. As a thought leader and frequent speaker, he actively contributes to the 3D and digital twin community. He is a specialist in 3D lidar, photogrammetry, video imaging, and analysis technologies. He is a level 1 thermographer, adept in spectral imaging, condition-based asset monitoring, and reliability testing.

Working with knowledge graphs and semantic models, Kelly lays a strong foundation for the digital twin programs he manages.
