Julia Liang is a passionate, strategic technology leader with extensive experience leading digital transformations in fortune 100 companies. She joined Goldman Sachs in 2019 as a Vice President of Technology and is now the Head of the Conversational AI & Automation Platform. Julia and her team successfully launched AI-empowered virtual voice assistants for multiple lines of business for Marcus this year, leading to significant contact center operational cost savings. Before joining Goldman Sachs, Julia assumed the roles of Principle Architect at AT&T, Enterprise Architect at Capital One, and Program Architect Manager at Toyota. Julia owns dual master's degrees in Computer Science and Mechanical Engineering from Ohio University and MBA from Cornell University.
