Mr. Parikh is a seasoned, high-energy technology leader with over 25 years of experience with Fortune 100/500 companies leading strategic planning, technology/business solutions, and organizational development. He has deep expertise in digital transformation, data, AI/ML, enterprise IT, and Cyber Security. He has a proven track record of enabling substantial business growth, efficiency and developing technological muscle to differentiate in the market.

Mr. Parikh is CIO Advisor to Roland Berger and board advisor to few startup companies. His work involves helping Fortune 100/500 and smaller companies with technology strategy, digital transformation and AI/ML strategies. Prior to this, he led the global technology function as Global CIO at Foot Locker for all three regions (North America, EMEA, APAC). He transformed technology organization to become a strategic business partner and enabler. He reimagined customer experience and technology organization culture. He set the mission to create a delightful customer experience for Foot Locker's customer base by building a high-performance team, driving a strong culture of customer-centric focus, and tech-driven transformation. Before joining Foot Locker, Mr. Parikh was Chief Technology Officer at Michaels Stores, where he helped Michaels become an omni-channel leader in the Arts and Crafts industry. He built Michaels' most successful Connected Retail platform. Previously, Mr. Parikh held various senior roles at Ross Stores in Application Development, Enterprise Architecture, Engineering, Security, and PMO functions. Before Ross, Mr. Parikh was with Gymboree Corporation and led e-commerce and Retail functions as Head of E-commerce & Omni-Channel.

The industry has recognized Mr. Parikh for his work in technology; he was awarded 2023 Top 50 CIO Award, 2022 ORBIE Dallas CIO of the Year, and the Technology Excellence and Innovation Award.
