Maze, (they/she) works at Austin Community College where they have worked as a Career Coach, instructor, and public speaker. They have two Master's degrees: one in English and another in ESOL. They have a life-long love of theatre performance and using gamification to make boring things fun. Before going into Career Services, they spent a decade teaching adult ESOL, often using theatre techniques to help English language learners improve their language skills and build confidence.  Maze loves to help candidates identify their strengths, reframe their experiences, and gain the confidence they need to reach their professional goals.
