
Clayton Dixon
Noah Ringler is an Artificial Intelligence and Emerging Technology Specialist in the Department of Homeland Security's Office of Strategy Policy and Plans. He previously served in a similar role at US Treasury managing implementation and policy for AI use cases across the department. He is a 2021 graduate of Georgetown University's Security Studies Program, where he supported the Center for Security and Emerging Technology (CSET) AI research. While at Georgetown, he co-founded and led an AI startup through its seed funding round before leaving that company to pursue public service. He was previously a Lead Data Scientist at Booz Allen Hamilton and worked counter threat finance as a defense contractor.
