Amanda Chiampi was hired earlier this month as Ultra Intelligence and Communications’ first ESG Director. In this role, Amanda will develop and execute the company’s ESG (environmental, social, and governance) strategy. Prior to this role, Amanda held several ESG roles throughout her 11 years at AT&T, including serving as company’s first Director of Global Human Rights, in which she built and refined the company’s approach to material human rights issues. Amanda holds a Bachelors degree in Global Economics from the University of California Santa Cruz and a Masters in Development Economics from the University of Sussex in the UK, and is close to the completion of her MBA at Johns Hopkins University.
