This session will outline work being done to leverage research at the vendor level for mitigating risks, with more robust security being the number one goal.
- Internet of Things Embedded Security Guidance for Vendors is a new collection of security advice and best practices for IoT developers published by the Center for Internet Security (CIS) in collaboration with leading industry experts and key stakeholders.
- The guidance also supports the direction of the US National Cyber Security Strategy, providing tactical guidance to enable IoT vendors to build security in by design and by default
